The Department of Home Affairs seeks to engage an experienced supplier to conduct an accessibility review of their External Security Services (ESS) digital product to assess compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA.

The required services are to:

• Conduct an accessibility review of the multi-factor authentication (MFA) component of ESS against WCAG 2.2 AA on desktop and mobile devices
• Provide an accessibility report with a detailed description of all accessibility issues, their severity ranking and recommended actions for remediation
• Conduct two rounds of validation to verify issues have been fixed and resolved
