Both AAD and DCCEEW are currently licensed to use Content Manager (CM) as an EDRMS to manage records and ensure compliance with the Archives Act 1983.

AAD require professional services to enable Content Manager to synch two different documents together, and access to download from 4 different remote locations: sub-Antarctic Macquarie Island, and Australia’s 3 continental Antarctic stations.

The issues currently experienced in these remote locations are:

• an inability to synch documents, and
• download issues due to large file sizes with images in the document.

There are currently 11,000+ Engineering Drawings in CM relating to station infrastructure and these drawings are mostly large file sizes (some over 600MB) and in total are over 200GB.

The supplier is to provide professional services to investigate and provide a custom solution to resolve these issues.
