Tender Description
South East Water is intending to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Bill Genration, Dispatching and Correspondences Services.
The outcome of this Invitation will be a sole supplier contract with South- East Water.
SEW’s current billing and communication systems were established to address foundational needs such as generating, printing, and delivering bills and routine correspondence. These systems, while effective for their time, no longer align with the organisation’s evolving requirements and the complexities of modern service delivery.
