Service Agreement for 18 x Dennis Eagle 6 x 4 wheeled trucks with Superior Pak Raptor Side Loader Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCV)

Project goals

The successful Tenderer shall be responsible for the bumper-to-bumper maintenance of the vehicles and all on board equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition and compliant with all statutory requirements throughout the contract period.

Scope

The successful Tenderer shall be responsible for the bumper-to-bumper maintenance of the vehicles and all on board equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition and compliant with all statutory requirements throughout the contract period.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Service Agreement for maintenance of 18 x Dennis Eagle Elite 6, low cabin entry, 28t GVM, 6 x 4 wheeled trucks, turbo diesel cab-chassis with Superior Pak Raptor 24m3, Pendulum Packer, Side Loader Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCV) and all onboard equipment.

RCV’s availability to Principal shall be optimised by the Tenderer collecting and returning RCV’s requiring planned maintenance and repairs post BCC work shift at 16:00 and returning the RCV’s within 10 hours or by 02:00 the following working day. Tenderer shall demonstrate that they have the capacity to support this schedule providing details of personnel, work bays and spares availability.
