Southern Grampians Shire Council is seeking a qualified contractor for the structural repair works for the Performing Arts Centre (PAC) primarily focus on addressing foundation issues and stabilizing walls, sub flooring and supports to ensure safety, prevent further movement, and maintain the building's integrity.
