The Tasmanian Ports Corporation Pty Ltd (TasPorts) developed a Digital Strategy in 2023 to uplift its core business systems. The first significant project to be undertaken as part of that strategy is the implementation of an Integration Solution and the replacement of the financial system (Great Plains). This initiative aims to streamline financial processes and ensure seamless connectivity between the new finance system and existing applications.

Its scope will focus on the following activities:

- Identification, selection, and implementation of a new Finance Solution.

- Training and enablement of the new Finance Solution within the business.

- Identification, selection, and implementation of an integration platform with other core business systems (both existing and future) and a reporting solution.
