Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and competent contractors to express their interest in participation in early tenderers' involvement (ETI) for the construction of the Maria River Road Upgrade.

An industry briefing will be held on 21 Jan at 12:30PM (AEDT) via Microsoft Teams. The briefing is a mandatory requirement of participation to ensure relevant information can be shared and understood prior to responses being submitted.

The potential respondent must advise Council of the number and names of attendees via email to via email to procurement@pmhc.nsw.gov.au by 15.00pm (AEDT), Monday 16 Jan 2025.

The potential respondent may be accompanied by subcontractors and others at the industry briefing, however they must advise PMHC contact of all attendees via the pre registration process outlined within the EOI Invitation by the 16 Jan 2025.
