The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the internal refurbishment to Parkdale Family Children Centre which will be completed and quote in seven stages.

The scope of works for this contract includes but is not limited to the following:

*Stage 1 / Staff Kitchen area includes joinery works.

*Stage 2 / Family Service area includes removal, new windows and joinery works.

*Stage 3 / Planning Computer area includes removal dumb waiter, door changes and joinery work.

*Stage 4 / Hallway Kitchenette area includes removal and joinery works.

*Stage 5 / Main Office area includes removal, new windows, acoustic works.

*Stage 6 / Mezzanine area includes removal dumb waiter, new doors and joinery works.

*Stage 7 / Planning & Meeting area includes removal, new doors & window.

All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided in the Schedule of Attachments.

Late tender submissions will not be accepted.

Tenderers are to note Mandatory site visit on Wednesday 15th January 2025 @ 9.30am.
