This project aims to uplift Fremantle Ports security infrastructure to meet industry standards, ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen operational capabilities.

To achieve this, Fremantle Ports is approaching the market to seek independent expert advice for a gap analysis and assessment of our physical security systems, including Security Control Room, access control, monitoring and response.

This approach to the market will comprise two stages and Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from suitably qualified companies.

- Stage 1 - an Expression of Interest (EOI) pre-qualification and assessment process to select and short-list suitable vendors to be invited to stage 2

- Stage 2 - an RFP for consulting services, with a preferred vendor to be selected to deliver these services.

To be considered for the second stage the respondents need to have pre-qualified in the first stage.

This invitation relates only to Stage 1 the EOI.
