Tender Description
DBCA seeks to engage a qualified contractor for the removal and replacement of fifty-two (52) windows at the DBCA building on 120 Albany Highway, Albany.
The works will be undertaken in two (2) stages:- Stage 1 - removal and replacement of 48 x 101.6mm sliding window frames of various sizes.
- Stage 2 - removal and replacement of 4 x 101.6mm awning window frames of various sizes.
Briefing
A briefing session will be held at DBCA's Albany Work Centre, 120 Albany Highway, Albany on 7 January 2025 12:30 PM.
A mandatory briefing/site inspection for prospective Respondents will be conducted at:
