Canterbury Regional Council (CRC, Environment Canterbury, ECan, the Buyer) is responsible for planning, funding and overall coordination of public transport services necessary to meet the needs of the people in the Canterbury region. CRC own and operate a system of timetable strips and holders at almost all bus stops across the Metro network of Greater Christchurch.

CRC is seeking a single Contractor to take responsibility for the maintenance of bus timetables throughout the Greater Christchurch Region for up to 5 years. They shall be responsible for maintaining the legibility of timetables by cleaning grime, removing stickers and removing graffiti, as well as repair or replacement of timetable holders, timetable strips, bus stop specific QR Code stickers, and bus stop numbers. This Contract provides a steady workload throughout the year (up to 20hrs/week) with some flexibility on when to work.

This is an opportunity to provide an ongoing service to CRC across a significant geographical area. By delivering these Requirements, the Successful Respondent will be helping to deliver important information and improve user experience of public transport users in the region.
