ABOUT SINGLETON: Located at the gateway to the famous Hunter Valley vineyards and surrounded by untouched national parks, Singleton was founded on agriculture, driven by coal and sustained by the Hunter River. ABOUT THE TENDER: Singleton Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Service Providers to deliver completed detailed design drawings, ancillary studies and cost estimates for the possible relocation of the existing Civil Operations Works Depot and the Water and Sewer Works depot.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box provided in the format provided as per the Conditions of Tendering. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tender Form and any other declaration required filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The Tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
