The Town of Claremont is seeking Expression of Interests for the Proposed Disposal of Property by way of Lease, pursuant to section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.

The site is 331 Stirling Highway, Claremont, Lot 103 on Deposited Plan 67609, which is contained in Certificate of Title Volume 1944 Folio 100.

The Building Area is approximately 750m2. A detailed Expression of Interest document can be obtained by emailing toc@claremont.wa.gov.au from 2 January 2025.

Submissions must be lodged to toc@claremont.wa.gov. au by no later than 5 pm, Friday 31 January 2025.
