Tender ID: 575840
Tender Details
Tender Description
Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV) is a statutory authority responsible for the management of Victoria’s six declared alpine resorts; Mt Buller, Mt Stirling, Falls Creek, Mt Hotham, Lake Mountain and Mt Baw Baw.
The provision of satisfactory visitor servicing in Victoria's alpine resorts is impacted by the current model, whereby the six resorts operate separate, non-connected visitor information platforms, providing visitors with information and booking functionality only for a single resort.
This siloed approach to visitor servicing has implications at the planning, booking and experience stages of the customer journey, including restricting dispersal to other resorts and reducing yield and extended stay opportunities.
The proposed project, Victoria’s Alpine Resorts Integrated Digital Visitor Servicing Platform (VSP) will provide an innovative, technology-driven solution that will bring the six alpine resorts of Victoria together under one digital platform, building the capacity of the resorts to provide a coordinated and customer-centric approach to visitor servicing to meet the changing needs of future markets.
ARV is seeking responses to this Invitation for the provision of Goods and/or Services as outlined in Part A.2 – Specifications – ie to design, develop, implement, host and service a Fit for Purpose Digital VSP that comprises of integrated eCommerce and Point-of-Sale (POS) capabilities with CRM functionality, that includes:
- Single booking platform for resort entry permit sales
- Link to License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems and capacity management systems
- API to resort platforms with real-time information
- Customer Relationship Manager and eDM system
