The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA/the Department) brings together Victoria’s energy, environment, water, agriculture, forestry, resources, climate action, and emergency management functions into a single department to maximise connections between the environment, community, industry and economy.

The Department employs a workforce of approximately 6,500 who work from more than 86 locations throughout Victoria, across the portfolios of energy, environment, climate action, water, agriculture, resources and emergency management. Combining the functions provided by these portfolios into one Department maximises connections between the environment, community, industry and economy.

Within this workforce, the Department employs approximately 1,100 senior People Leaders, The Department recognises that its people are its greatest asset, and in support of this, is seeking to provide expert professional coaching services to its senior leaders. The services will be particularly focussed on coaching DEECA Executive Board members, Executive Directors, Directors and the management teams of Directors, who are predominantly at the VPS6 level.

The Department is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) T2024-0586 to establish a panel of Suppliers for the provision of Executive Coaching Services to Business Groups across the Department under the terms of a Standing Supply Offer arrangement.

Suppliers to the Executive Coaching Services Panel will be engaged to deliver professional coaching services to support the capability of our Senior People Leaders in leading teams through change, with a focus on people-centred leadership, wellbeing, and workload sustainability.
