Campbelltown City Council invites tenders from Tenders for the provision of Staff Recruitment Services and Employment for The ARC Campbelltown. The tender comprises of the engagement of an exclusive service provider to assist and manage the recruitment and ongoing employment support of duty managers, aquatic staff comprising lifeguards, learn to swim and party hosts, cafe and customer service staff, and health club staff for The ARC Campbelltown. Currently this comprises up to 150 staff which equates to around 60 FTE.
