Development and delivery of a livestock advisor capability program
Tender ID: 575861
Tender Details
Tender Description
Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) is seeking tenders to develop and deliver an MDC funded training program aimed at increasing the capability, capacity and number of livestock advisors across all red meat production zones.
There is currently a lack of opportunities to build capability and capacity of livestock advisors across Australian production zones. There is a strong call within agricultural industries for more accredited training programs, particularly for those entering or re-entering the field, with structured support for early career professionals including mentoring and peer-to-peer learning.
The reduction in capability and capacity within the livestock advisor sector limits the pool of extension personal able to successfully deliver training programs to Australian red meat producers.
This request for tender aims to address the current gap in capability and capacity building programs for early-career red meat livestock advisors across Australian agricultural zones and build on MLA’s existing Livestock Advisor training programs.
Use the Request for Tender to guide the completion of your application.
