NCN Health is a small rural health service in the Goulburn Valley region of Northern Victoria, within the Moira LGA. NCN Health has campuses in the towns of Nathalia, Cobram and Numurkah and provides a range of services including acute hospital and urgent care services, operating theatre, sub-acute, residential aged care, primary and community and home-based services.
We are seeking a provider to undertake a strategic review of land and buildings across our three campuses located at Nathalia, Cobram and Numurkah respectively.
The provider will be required to deliver a report which sets out the following:
- A high-level overview of NCN Health’s current land and buildings and their uses
- An overview of current land and building underutilisation
An overview of possible and other strategic uses of NCN Health existing land and buildings based upon;
- Key strengths and weaknesses in relation to current service delivery
- Alignment of land and building assets with the NCN Health strategic plan (new strategic plan to be developed 2025), contemporary policy directions of the Department of Health and the evolving partnership model
- Service development opportunities consistent with the current Health Plan (Vic) 2024 as well as statutory and policy directions in PSRAC and community and primary health domains
- Opportunities for future development of existing land and buildings and new construction which will support the growth and evolution of service delivery.
