Tender Description
The ACMA has identified two deliverables as part of this project – Part A being the fit-out design solution and Part B being the supply and installation of technical equipment.
This ATM addresses Part A only. Part B will be addressed at later date.
Part A is for the design and installation of the fit out of two 2024 Toyota HiAce SWLB vans. The fit out in each of the two vans will be identical. The fit out of the vehicles will comprise requirements in each of the following categories:
- Occupant and Vehicle safety.
- Workstation.
- Radio Hardware mounting and connections.
- Pneumatic pump-up mast.
- Power requirements.
- Vehicle fit out acceptance testing.
- Training for up to 20 staff, in Sydney and/or Melbourne.
The vehicles will be supplied and delivered by the Customer to the location where the works will be undertaken.
Each requirement has required compliance stated in the form of Mandatory (M), Highly Desirable (HD), Desirable (D), and Optional (O) tags. The supplier may also mark any feature that has not been requested but the supplier feels will deliver a capability to the ACMA, as optional.
