The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water requires Program Management services to provide end-to-end delivery excellence — from strategic project stand-up to program and project outcomes delivery.

• Set up a new transformation program or transform a challenged one
• Enable efficient delivery and single-source reporting
• Align multiple project teams into a single program management tool platform and set of methods
• Manage complex program governance and decision-making
• Execute and operate a transformational program or large implementation
• Accelerate the realization of desired outcomes

Management of these programs of work are to be in accordance with program and project goals and budgets and departmental roadmaps policies, processes, frameworks and standards and reporting to senior management on the progress of these programs. There is a requirement for strategic oversight of a program ensuring alignment to business and ICT objectives; engagement with internal and external stakeholders and partners, including senior executives to plan and manage programs with a focus on successful delivery to meet scope, schedule and budget requirements and compliance with governance arrangements associated with ICT projects and programs in the department.
