The project encompasses general repair internal works to the Malmsbury Station Building and other works associated with the building as detailed in the architectural drawings, specifications and structural drawings which will be provided at the time of tender.
VicTrack wants to engage the service of a heritage experienced builder to rectify the internal components of the Malmsbury Station Building to return it back to its conserved state, ensuring it remains maintained for present and future generations.
