Neil Robert Cussen and Anthony Phillip Wright of Olvera Advisors were appointed Joint and Several Receivers and Managers of the Company on 1 November 2024.

The Company has conducted research and development to transform organic waste into clean energy and bio fertiliser. A micro facility has been constructed in Alstonville, NSW and partial construction of a facility in Hay, NSW has commenced.

The Receivers and Managers are seeking urgent expressions of interest for the purchase of the Company's assets.
