Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the procurement of Construction of the Jerangle Rural Fire Brigade Station.
This work is a building works contract including concrete works, construction of a steel framed and clad 5 bay shed, a mezzanine floor storage area, a meeting room with kitchenette, accessible shower/WC facilities, electrical works, plumbing and drainage works and an Onsite Sewerage Management System (OSSM).A more detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Volume 3 – Technical Specifications and Pay Items. Timely delivery of the completed functional facility including the requisite Occupancy Certificate from Council are the key deliverables of this project.
