This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Requirements
The Buyer is seeking to engage a seller for the provision of consultancy and optional professional services. The consultancy work will involve defining the vision, architecture and design of the buyers Microsoft 365 Protected environment to support the buyer on its transformation journey and develop an M365 Roadmap and costed implementation plan (i.e. uplift from existing instance). The optional professional services will relate to implementation of some or all of the consultancy recommendations including Project Management and Governance, implementation and configuration and integration, operational readiness, user adoption, training and testing and support, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Each professional services engagement will be formalised through a separate work package and accordingly will require the seller to have a separate consultancy and professional services resource basis so as to facilitate potentially concurrent consultancy and professional services delivery.
