At the time this Market Sounding is published, the Commonwealth anticipates that the scope of the Project will include the development of 30% Concept Design through to 100% Issue for Construction design (Development Phase) for the scope elements as set out below and, subject to the terms of the contract between the design services consultant and the Commonwealth, design-related services in relation to the construction of the works (Delivery Phase).
