This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

Requirements

The Customer is seeking to engage a suitable Supplier for the provision of an online eLearning library for its entire workforce.

The Customer is seeking to engage a third-party supplier who can:

Provide Agency staff access to an online eLearning library. This platform is required to support and enhance the Agency’s internal learning and development offering to build and uplift staff capability to deliver a high-performing NDIA for participants, aligned with the NDIA Corporate Plan.
Provide binding agreements and assurances about data privacy, compliance with Australian government privacy requirements.
Facilitate seamless integration with future corporate Learning Management Systems (LMS) enabling centralised user access, progress tracking and reporting.
Support the future scalability requirements of the Agency to ensure the learning platform is integrated into the LMS to provide curated learning pathways, aligning to the Agency L&D objectives and compliance needs.
