The Swan Hill Rural City Council (SHRCC) is committed to supporting the region’s youth through strategic planning and effective service delivery. With the upcoming conclusion of the current SHRCC Youth Strategy 2020-2025, this initiative seeks to chart the future direction for youth support in the municipality.

The new Youth Strategy 2026-2030 will provide actionable guidance to ensure resources are directed efficiently, addressing the needs of the most vulnerable and promoting youth engagement across Swan Hill and its surrounding areas.
