Tender Description
Moreton Bay City Council requires grounds maintenance activities to be undertaken at facilities and public spaces across the city. Services generally include mowing, pathway edging, whipper snipping, pruning, general landscape maintenance, vegetation control (including chemical and mechanical control) and litter removal. The Specifications are included in Part 2 Proposed Arrangement.
Council’s grounds maintenance services are broken into approximately 18 different Service Portions across the local government area. Council is seeking to procure contractors for:
• Eastern Districts (Portion 3);
• North Central Districts (Portion 4);
• Northwestern Districts (Portion 6);
• Roadside Maintenance DTMR (Portion 7); and
• North Lakes (Portions 12 and 13).
It is intended that for each portion, a primary service provider be appointed. The proposed Arrangement to be executed is included in Part 2 Proposed Arrangement.
