ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTE:

The City is seeking Quotes from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors interested in providing trade services for the upgrade of the SES building in Coffs Harbour.

RFQ documents can be downloaded after registration.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Response Schedule word version

Close date of submissions: 10.00am on Thursday 30th January 2025

Submissions must be fully uploaded by this time as the portal cuts off exactly on 10.00am

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
