The City of Bayswater is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella.

The City uses a standard condition rating methodology for managing its assets and has identified that existing roof sheeting at Bayswater Waves in Embleton has reached its end of life cycle and requires partial re-roofing. In this instance the City has opted for a like for like replacement.

The City is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified roofing contractors to carry out the Works. A key requirement for carrying out the Works is to minimise operational impacts on the Building users. A pre-start meeting will be scheduled with the successful Respondent (Contractor) that will include a safety induction and discussion of the timing of the Works.
