Tender Description
Under the Local Government Act, Palmerston North City Council is required to undertake annual valuation and depreciation of its Three Waters assets.
The valuation exercise of our Three Waters Assets, water, wastewater and stormwater must be completed by 30 June 2025.
We require expert valuation services and advice to complete this valuation in accordance with all applicable guidelines and accounting standards, suitable for submission to Audit New Zealand.
