The provision of consultancy and advisory services in the development of a paper which clearly outlines the future state of Community Enterprise Queensland (CEQ) based on the direction CEQ’s Board of Management wish the organisation to evolve.
Background information / Compatibility requirements
The CEQ Board of Management require the development of a paper that captures the future state of the organisation. Looking ahead up to 10 years, we would like this paper to frame the CEQ of the future and outline the impact and capabilities that the organisation can aspire to, should it fully meet its potential.
The project will look internally and externally at ownership models that bring genuine community ownership and engagement to the organisation’s objectives and aspirations. Consideration should be given to macro and micro economic and political environments to ensure the paper holds relevance for this Board of Management, and remains current, as normal Board of Management cycles continue and members change. This paper will guide the organisation beyond the usual three to five-year strategic plan or cycle.
