• Maxwell Sutherland Pavilion at Fairfield Park, 1 Yarra Bend Rd, Fairfield VIC 3078

• Alphington Park Pavilion, Lot 1, Alphington Park Oval, Parkview Road, Alphington VIC 3078

• Mark Street Hall, 1 Mark St, Fitzroy North VIC 3068

• Fairlea Reserve Netball Complex, Corner of Fairlea and Yarra Bend Roads, Fairfield VIC 3078

Scope

The contractor shall supply, deliver, install, test, commission and maintain (for 12 months) the system, which shall be complete with all necessary ancillary and minor items to facilitate the correct and compliant completion of the work. This shall also apply to all requirements of relevant standards and/or authorities having jurisdiction over these works.

General Scope of Works

The following items are to be included in the scope of work as minimum:

• Site Visit – The awarded contractor will be required to conduct a site visit and preliminary inspection of the roof structure and existing electrical infrastructure at each site

• Design finalisation, Supply, and Freight to Site These works include but not limited to solar specification, battery storage, supply of all components, and delivery to the project site

o Provide ‘Shop Drawings’ for client approval prior to any site works

• Installation All installation work will be carried out by Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited technicians, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and safety standards.
