Project goals

Sydney Metro requires a Contractor for the supply, planting, maintenance and reporting activities of 1,728 Trees for various Canterbury-Bankstown Council sites during a period of approximately 4 years from the Contract Commencement Date.

Scope

The Services shall include;

1. Tree planting pilot - Conduct a small-scale Tree planting pilot (approximately 10 Trees) within 12 weeks from the Contract Commencement Date or before 30 June 2025, whichever is earlier.
2. Sourcing, supply and delivery of 1,728 Trees - Source and supply 1728 Trees (inclusive of the Trees planted as part of the Tree planting pilot) of the various species and pot sizes as identified in the Site Location Schedule included in the Services Brief.
3. Site preparation and planting - Prepare the sites where the Council has selected suitable locations and plant the Trees specified in the specified Site Locations
4. Tree Maintenance activities - Provide a maintenance plan outlining the various activities to be performed in respect of each Tree, for a period of one year commencing on the date on which that Tree is planted.
5. Reporting activities - Prepare Monthly Reports and four x 6 Monthly Condition Reports
