Tender Description
The Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking to engage with an external evaluator to work with the Office for Women (OFW) and service representatives to co-design an evaluation plan of the Safe and Well Kids (SAWK) program.
The external evaluation plan will include objectives such as: to confirm and/or establish outcomes of the program, build data collection capacity, and explore recommendations for expansion or improvement.
This evaluation will enable the OFW to report to the Commonwealth Government by the 31 December 2025. Service evaluation components will be required to be completed by 30 October 2025 with final reports being provided by 31 November 2025 to OFW (subject to the extension option being exercised).
