Council is seeking to engage a cleaning services contractor to provide cleaning services for its Council buildings. The Council is committed to meeting its Best Value Principles for its customers, and as such, is seeking to engage a Contractor that will provide quality and best value for money cleaning services.

The objective of this Contract is to provide quality cleaning services in Council buildings by focusing on five core areas:

1) Compliance

2) Quality, Safety and Sustainability

3) Administrative and Operational Efficiency

4) Communication and Cooperative Contracting; and

5) Value for Money.

A non-mandatory site visit will be held on the date, time, and place indicated below. The Contact Officer will be available at that time to answer any queries regarding this RFT and the tender process generally.

The site visit will include a tender briefing and a bus tour of several facilities, please allow 3-4 hours.

Due to limited seating on the bus, we kindly request that only one representative from each tendering company attends.
