The City is seeking a quality vending product for the Arrivals Terminal at the BMRA that:

• provides high-quality food & beverages

• provides a variety of options

• preferably options are provided from a single machine

• full-service machine, fully insured, maintained and serviced by the provider.

The proponent is required to include the following in their response:

• Type of vending machine proposed

• Detailed specifications of the vending machine proposed for the Arrivals Terminal, including dimensions and services (utility) requirements

• Process for upgrading the machine

• Detailed information on products to be stocked in the machine

• How is stock selection made

• Your schedule for stocking, servicing and maintenance

• Insurance (public liability, product indemnity, workers compensation etc) and risk management

• Adherence to local, state and national standards and licences;

• Indicative timeline for delivery of vending machine from time of agreement

• Technical and / or maintenance support available and hours of operation

• Proposed business model, rental structure and terms (fixed rent and/or commission-based fees payable to the City).
