Council invites companies to download RFQ documentation and submit a Quote for the above-mentioned contract.

The City of Kingston is seeking fee submissions from selected companies who are experienced in conducting ecological assessments of values and threats, and in writing management plans or guidelines for conservation of urban wetland areas.

The successful consultant will be required to:

*Review the information submitted as part of the proposal by the applicant.

*Review relevant Kingston City Council, State and Commonwealth Government reports, strategies, policies and regulations, these can be provided upon request.

*Undertake a field assessment of the site. The field assessment must cover the ground in detail and allow well informed recommendations to be made. The response to this Request should detail sampling methodology and frequency.

*Prepare a report which allows the reader to clearly appreciate and understand the analysis undertaken and how this leads to conclusions and recommendations.
