Members of the community are invited to submit expressions of interest (EOI) by Friday 24 January 2025 to purchase a HINO Tipper Truck and a Tool Trailer.

Conditions of sale

A detailed condition report is available on request. Both the Tipper Truck and Tool Trailer are offered on the basis of ‘as is, where is.’

Any costs associated with moving and transporting the vehicle will be at the purchaser’s expense. The items must be removed from their current location by the purchaser within four weeks of the purchase being approved and processed.

Purchase approval will be subject to the provisions of the Lord Howe Island Board Vehicle Importation, Transfer and Use Policy (the Policy). Please read the Policy prior to submitting an EOI.

Inspection by appointment only

If you would like to inspect the machine, please contact Wesley Holden: 6563 2066 (ext 20) or Wesley.Holden@lhib.nsw.gov.au. You will be accompanied by a LHIB staff member during the appointment.

Submitting your EOI

If the item is of interest, please submit a reasonable offer for LHIB to consider.

The Board will review all offers but is not obliged to accept one.
