Requirements

The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is seeking to engage a Supplier for the delivery of training on Prince2 and Prince2 Agile Foundations for ACIC project staff.

Training content should include:

• Fundamental understanding of Prince2 methodology and the application of the Agile method on it,
• increasing consistency in project management practices,
• equipping of project personnel to work within an agile environment with more structure and governance, and
• ensuring customisation to the ACIC's needs enabling staff to practically apply Prince2/Prince2 Agile in the agency's workplace and project/program teams.

Training will be for all interested non-contractor ACIC project staff, nominated IISD staff involved on projects, and the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office team, and will be conducted face-to-face.
