Gladstone Ports Corporation is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake structural remediation of Transfer House THCC18B at RG Tanna Coal Terminal.

To provide a proposal for the works the Bidder must attend a mandatory site inspection:

Site inspection date: Thursday 23rd January 2025

Site inspection time: 10:00am

Site inspection location: RGT Technical Services Building

Notice of Intention to attend Site Inspection: The Bidder must Confirm their intention to attend the site inspection at least 48 hours prior to the Site Inspection via the Vendor Panel Ask A Question function.

The Bidders notice is to include.

1. The name and positions of the representatives attending the Site Inspection (max two per company).

2. Details of the Induction status of all persons attending the site inspection

3. The MSIC card status of the persons attending the site inspection
