Hobsons Bay City Council invites proposals from organisations with the experience and capability to provide technical and production management services at its premier cultural facility, the Williamstown Town Hall.

The operation of Williamstown Town Hall must be consistent with industry best practices and maximise the capacity to assist in delivering the Council's strategic objectives.

Council seeks a contract partner with the creativity and energy to maximise Williamstown Town Hall use and strengthen its role in enhancing social connection and providing opportunities for targeted community sectors to be active.

The successful contractor will be able to demonstrate how it will manage a diverse number of events at Williamstown Town Hall through innovative programming and community engagement initiatives and the strategies it will use to attract targeted community sectors to use the venue.

The proposed contract term will be for an initial term of 3 years, with two 12-month options to extend.

Two non-mandatory site inspections will be held on the following dates:

Main Site Visit: 22 January 2025 9:00am

Alternative Site Visit (for those unable to attend the first): 28 January 2025 9:00am
