Orange City Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified consultants to prepare an Active Transport Strategy and Implementation Plan ("the Strategy").

The Strategy is to provide the evidence base to support the ongoing planning and development of Orange's active transport network. The Strategy shall provide policies and actions that can support Council in the preparation of development contributions plans, negotiating planning agreements, and provide an implementation plan that can inform Council's Delivery and Operational Plans.

The Active Transport Strategy and Implementation Plan will update and replace the existing Orange Active Travel Plan - Part A (adopted) and Part B (unadopted).
