Tender Description
The project is located at 21A BEMERSYDE DRIVE, BERWICK VIC 3806. Works to include but not be limited to the following:
a) Demolition works and making good to impacted areas.
b) Excavation works as required, including stock piling of topsoil on site and removal of all subsoil off site.
c) All concrete work including pavements.
d) Construction of all internal walls, windows, and doors.
e) Reticulation and connection of all sewerage and hot/cold water systems as required. Supply and install all plumbing fixtures and fittings as specified and required to complete the works.
f) Builder to read all documentation in conjunction provided in tender.
g) Builder to allow for all contents in tender package.
h) Internal demolition works as per Architectural Drawings.
i) Alterations as per Architectural Drawings.
j) Supply and reticulation of a complete electrical system, all parts and commissioning of same
k) Supply and installation of all joinery and fittings.
l) Painting of all internal works as required.
m) Supply and installation of all floors, wall, and ceiling finishes.
n) Supply and installation of new glazing to existing window frames.
o) Remodification of existing doors.
p) Supply and installation of all hardware as required for doors, etc.
q) Supply and installation of new timber sprung flooring.
r) The principal to supply and install lock cylinders.
