Horsham Rural City Council invites you to provide a quotation for:

Design an upgrade of the transfer station located at 93 Kenny Rd, Haven VIC 3401 to a resource recovery center to maximise resource recovery and minimise contamination through the provision of dedicated drop-off areas and clear signage. Council is calling for a new proposal to develop an amended Master Plan for Kenny Rd Transfer Station (referring to preparation of the site layout plan with an accompanying master plan report).

Design and construction phases of this project are exempted from EPA approval.
