Lanco Group Pty Ltd, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:

Construction of approximately 148 metres of DN250 mm ECOPUR, 22m of DN257mm MSCL, 5m of DN100 ECOPUR and 8m of DN114 MSCL Watermain as part of 33-35 Stewart Street, Richmond for Slimform Holdings Pty Ltd, within the City of Yarra. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category WC1 (Reticulation Water Mains equal to or less than DN280), R2 (Risk overlay - high density) and R3 (Risk overlay - major crossing).

If not accredited in the required category(ies), a tender can still be submitted but the required accreditation categories must be held prior to the contract being signed. The tender process will be less time consuming if tenderers are already accredited.
