Council is seeking submissions from experienced Contractors to demolish existing toilet block at Merrylands Park and to install New Triple Ambulant & Accessible Exeloo Amenities Building or Approved Equivalent.

The scope includes the supply of all material, machinery, tools, equipment, labour, supervision, permits, insurances, and other resources required for the completion of works, as per the contract.

Pre-tender site briefing (Mandatory)

All tenderers are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefings on 23 January 2025, at 10:00AM.
