We are seeking a seller with detailed knowledge of the architecture of the Identity Verification Services (IVS) to deliver upgrades to the solutions used to provide protections within the National Drivers Licence Facial Recognition Solution (NDLFRS). The delivery partner is to quote against the deliverables agreed to within the:

• NDLFRS Facial Recognition Protection Decoupling Design v1.0 report (the Architectural Design),
• High Level Requirements for the Alerting Tool,
• High Level Requirements for the ID Protect tool.

The documents will be made available to a key contact once a Deed of Confidentiality is executed. Full selection criteria will also be provided at that time. Documents cannot be disseminated further until each resource has completed a Deed of Confidentiality.
