The Department for Infrastructure and Transport established panel 21C627 previously with several suppliers joining this panel at the time. The panel is now being opened to invite additional suppliers to join the panel to allow for increased capacity to address increased business needs and demand.

The purpose of the panel is to have a number Australian Accredited Driving Instructors who can provide driver training and assessment of drivers in Aboriginal communities located in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands and Maralinga Tjarutja (MT) Lands, Yalata and other communities prescribed by the Department such as the Flinders Ranges, Far West Coast and Southeast across different vehicle classes. This would be provided as part of the ‘On the Right Track’ program.

New suppliers will be assessed against the same evaluation criteria as per the original panel establishment which can be found within this document.

Existing suppliers who are already part of this panel do not need to re-apply and will remain members of the panel unless otherwise terminated.

Appointment to the panel does not guarantee a minimum level of work. Work will be allocated based on specific requirements and demand as they arise.

A detailed specification of the required services is provided as an appendix in the proposed contract – refer to Attachment 5 and Attachment 6 of the proposed contract.
