The Landgate office at 1 Midland Square contains a Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) which needs to be replaced as it has been deemed to be reaching end of life and reporting major faults.

The UPS system provides critical backup power to keep essential equipment operating and decreases the risk of downtime.

There is also a need for ongoing UPS Routine Maintenance and Breakdown Repairs after the defects period ends.

The Replacement of the UPS will provide Landgate with a modern, energy efficient solution, specific to Landgate’s requirements.

A Mandatory Site Visit briefing to Respondents will be conducted on Thursday 23rd January 2025.
